well guys i am finaly back.  thanks to this wonderful thing we call technology, i was unable to talk to all of you wonderful people.  but that is all good now thanks brad LOL.  so a little about whats been goning on with me.  as you can see my babe is getting ready to turn one soon so we have been busy planning a party.  i can't believe how fast she is growing.  she is walking now and totally getting into everything.  she is my only ray of light in my crazy life right now.

ok so now the really streeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssful stuff   :) 

on september 1st i became manager of the hair salon i work at so the good part is more money but the bad is slowly getting worse.  everyday that i go to work i realise just how much the last manager didn't do.  it took me the first two weeks just to find stuff and then realise how much stuff we should have on stock that we don't.  for example:  hired a new girl and then realised that we didn't have any clippers, trimmers, or a working blowdryer for her because the girl she replaced had brought her own stuff in ( the company normally supplies everything but your scizzors) and the way the company does their orders, I can only order things every other week and it takes two weeks to get that stuff in.  but by the time i order the tools we needed then that leaves me with very little to get the rest of the supplies that we need on a regular basis.  so then we start running low on other things so im stuck between a rock and a hard spot. now if the last manager had cared enough to do her job correctly we wouldn't have these problems but i guess that is why she isn't the manager anymore.  and this is only the beginning.

as well as all of that like i said i had to do some hiring.  with in my first week i hired two new girls and fired one that should have been fired long before i became manager.  now keep in mind that we are a small shop there are only 7 of us all together.  no wait take that back 6 now that one of the girls i just hired decided to quit on me this evening after being a no call no show all day and waited till half an hour before closing time to call and tell me.  so i had to spend the rest of my evning trying to find some one to cover her shifts for the next few days. 

o yeah and that girl who used to be manager still is working at the shop ( she didn't quit, she just steped down)  so i have also had to deal with a person who is used to being in control of everything try to step back and let someone else take over.  unfortunatly she isn't handling it as well as i though she would.  she has been the worst person i have had to deal with, its like she does stuff just to see if she can get away with it.  and its a lot of stupid petty things but i feel that if i give an inch to these girls they will take advantage of it because thats what they have always done.

sorry for all the bitchin. after all i knew what i was walking into but man it feels good to get it off my chest. i really need a place to just blow off steam  and im glad that i have you guys here.  well its off to bed for me, have to be at work in the morning to deal with all these crazzzy girls.

It has been almost two months since I posted on here and I am soooo sorry.  We just moved and between packing and taking care of a little one just left no time for me.  I hope to be more active here now but that all depends on the baby, LOL!

I am so sorry that I have not been on here a lot lately.  Things have been very very hectic lately.  For starters, we will be moving in about a month and it has been so hard to find an apartment that has everything that we need and is in a nice area and is in our price range.  Then on top of that trying to find a place that would even approve us.  My husband had lost his job two years ago and was with out a job for a whole year and my job wasn't enough to cover all of our bills so needless to say our credit is crap.  then on top of that some apartments have started something where if you have ANY past due utilities then it is an atomatic denile and that includes cell phones.  Now don't think bad about me because we are up to our necks in debt because we are paying things off it has just taken time to get reestablished to be able to make the extra payments.  But anyways we finally found something that will work, not our first choice but at least its still nice. 

Second, my daughter is getting into a difficult stage.  She is very grumpy because she is teething and she is getting harder to do things with because she is just old enough to have a mind of her own but not old enough to do what you ask.  Don't get me wrong, I love her dearly but I'm used to a very happy baby that has slept through the night since she was 3 weeks old.  O-well, I guess this is just part of motherhood. LOL

And last but not least, A friend of mine that I use to work with was dating a guy that murdered a 16 yr old girl.  Now I know this guy through her and this has been very stressfull on all of the girls that I work with because we are all pretty close to one another.  I guess I should explain some of the details.  On friday night about two weeks ago my mother called me and told me that they found a body close to where a family friend lives.   The next day at work, my manager tells me that our friend and her boyfriend had called to see if they could stay the night because they were locked out of the friends house that they had been staying at.  She said that they could so they came over.  well about 5 in the morning the cops show up and arrest him and take my friend in for questioning.  My manager had no idea what he was arrested for untill later that day at work when her fiance called and said that there was a news crew at their house doing a report so she figured it had to have been something more than a petty charge.  So I made a phone call to someone who looked online and found out that he had confessed to killing a 16yr old girl while having "rough sex".  He is now being charged for murder, rape , and a few other things as well.  Now I feel for the family of the girl that he killed, I can only imagine what they are going through.  But at the same time, it is also hard to think that you knew the person that could do something like this.  He also could get the death penalty for this.  I think he needs to be punnished for what he did but I also have a hard time dealing with the fact of someone I know  dying like that.  I never thought that I would ever have to deal with something like this.  And like I said, I feel so bad for what the girls family has had to go through.

Hopefully things will become less stressful for me.  I hope that this move goes smoothly and everything else gets in order in one way or another.  Well thats it for now.
